Our beautiful family home is centrally located in central Lake Havasu City that is a 2 minute drive (or 10 min walk) to Main Street and 5 minute drive to the Lake Havasu Country Club. Around the corner is a family friendly park, bars and restaurants, and Smith's supermarket.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. The primary bathroom has a relaxing jacuzzi tub that is perfect for soaking your worries away.
The spacious private backyard has a large pool and 2 patio seating areas and chiminea for those cool nights. Solar heated pool that's only heated during the spring/summer.
